Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All prints at Artistically Imperfect are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variation between screen and print.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• Your print arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order is lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, contact us at hello@artisticallyimperfect.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled
