Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time: 3–7 business days (US), 7–14 business days (Canada & Europe), and 10–20 business days (rest of world).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at drremotework@gmail.com if you need to update your address.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review dimensions carefully before purchasing.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We've got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production may have already started.

The Art

Are these original artworks?
Yes — every piece in the shop is an original digital artwork created exclusively for Artistically Imperfect. You won't find these designs anywhere else.

What are the prints made on?
All prints are gallery-quality stretched canvas, printed with Greenguard Gold certified latex inks on a cotton-polyester composite. Frames are FSC-certified pine and come ready to hang.

Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?
